Holiday Exchange AddendumÂ
We understand that you may be purchasing gifts early to gift to your loved ones for the upcoming holidays. All purchases made from Black Friday, 11/28, until 12/31 will have an extended Exchange period until 1/31/2026. All VINTAGE, HOLIDAY, FOOD/PERISHABLES, and SALE items are final sale.
Regular Return Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy for in-store purchases, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All VINTAGE, HOLIDAY, FOOD/PERISHABLES, and SALE items are final sale.
To start a return that was purchased online
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to request a refund in the form of store credit. You can contact us at hello@parchmentpaperla.com. A return shipping label will be emailed to you. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the Store Credit amount, except in cases of our error, defect, or damage, in which case we will cover the shipping.  Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 5054 1/2 Eagle Rock Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90041. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â

Damages and issues to online orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), HOLIDAY merchandise, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds in the form of Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent an email with a store credit code within 10 business days.
